W.L.Gore & Associates 50 year history of innovation extends from surgical medical implants to the first waterproof, breathable fabric and from guitar strings to products used in space exploration. Gore's unique team based structure is perhaps as well known as it's innovative products and they have been previously recognized as one of the most innovative companies in America by Fast Company. A team of Gore associates will open the door to explaining the foundation of the Gore culture which encourages inventive thinking and individual initiative. They will talk through the importance of work environment and company culture to today's Biomedical scientists and engineers, and explain how Engineers need to ensure value alignment with potential companies as they begin their job search.


Graham Williamson, Human Resources, WL Gore and Associates, Inc.

Graham Williamson is responsible for the hiring of both graduate and undergraduate BioMedical Engineers for the Medical Products division of W.L.Gore & Associates. He is part of a team tasked with attracting the next generation of talent to Gore and building sustainable partnerships with academic institutions. Graham holds a Bachelors in Business Management from Cardiff University in the UK
